Garden Grove Hospital Medical Center (GGHMC) has built a reputation for patient focused and physician driven management. Visits from family and friends are an important part of the healing process. Visitors are allowed from 8am - 8pm. Children must be accompanied by and adult. Only two (2) visitors are allowed at any one time.
GGHMC is committed to excellence. A very important part of that excellence is our commitment to your safety. Patients who are more involved with their care in the hospital tend to do better and stay safer. By working together with physicians, nurses and other hospital staff, you can lower your risk of injury and make your hospital stay as safe as possible.

JOINT COMMISSIONS' PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING SAFETY & QUALITY OF CARE
A patient of Garden Grove Hospital has the right to express to any staff member, the Patient Advocate or a state agency, at any time, and without retaliation, a complaint or a grievance concerning care and treatment while in the hospital. If concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, a patient, family member, community representative or employee of Garden Grove Hospital has the right to notify Joint Commission regarding the quality of care provided, safety of care provided, or safety of the environment in which care is provided. Anyone believing that he or she has pertinent and valid information about such matters may notify Joint Commission via any of the following methods:
